CALGARY Winter Festival in Calgary, Alberta: Curing the February blahs - Originally conceived in February 1989 as relief to the one-year hangover Calgarians were suffering after hosting the 1988 Winter Olympics, this is 11-day festival in one of the most popular events has grown in calgary hip hop.
